The Refugee Sponsorship Training Program (RSTP) provides training and information support to Sponsorship Agreement Holders and sponsoring groups in the different regions of Canada and is committed to building the capacity of the diverse sponsoring community. RSTP has established a network of regional trainers to work closely with RSTP staff to reach out and provide more training to sponsors and potential sponsors at local and regional level. Training by local and regional trainers complements the training by RSTP staff. This training will be informed by local and regional training needs.

Training by RSTP and ToT trainers is not a replacement of the Sponsorship Agreement Holder’s responsibility to provide training to their own Constituent Groups.
